Representative responsibilities

  • Working with management on various internal initiatives such as identifying hiring needs, Recruitment on and off campus, Team formation, Productivity tools etc.
  • Improving infrastructure and tools for growth – including Networks, Communication (audio/video/text), Collaboration, and internal Project Management
  • Assisting with accounting (AP/AR), vendor management
  • Providing assistance to management from time to time on needs related to presentations, reports etc,

Requirements & Desired Qualifications 

  • Hands on familiarity and experience with the various responsibilities stated above
  • Ability to work with multiple teams, sales, executives
  • Technical and/or functional experience in administration preferred
  • 1-5 years of experience
